EduVisor

EduNova is an educational platform that my team and I developed during the Hackathon for the Rights of the Dominican Ombudsman. We created this project with the purpose of helping schools identify students who may be at risk of dropping out before the situation becomes more difficult to solve. Through data such as attendance, academic performance, behavior, grade repetition, and other relevant factors, we designed EduNova to give teachers, counselors, and school administrators a clearer view of each student’s situation. As a team, we focused on building a solution that not only organizes information, but also supports better decision-making, case tracking, and timely intervention. With EduNova, we aimed to contribute to reducing school dropout rates in the Dominican Republic and strengthening student retention by using technology as a practical tool for education, prevention, and social impact.
